InDesign PDF Export

In order to upload PDF files from InDesign you will need to download the InDesign PDF preset file from ConnectMe. This preset provides the correct settings needed to create PDF files from InDesign.
To download the PDF preset login to ConnectMe and go to the Downloads screen under the Build It tab.
Under Profiles & Settings click on PDF Export Settings to download them. The download will come as a zip file. Right-click on the zip file and select Extract All… (On a Mac select Open With>Archive Utility).
Once the file is extracted open InDesign and go to File>Adobe PDF Presets>Define. From there an Adobe PDF Presets window will come up. Click on Load and a browse window will come up. Select the settings file in the extracted folder called FriesensYearbook.joboptions. It will then appear in the list of PDF export options as Friesens Yearbooks.
NOTE:
This process only needs to happen the first time. This PDF preset will remain in InDesign going forward.
