Here’s where schools can set promo codes (price deduction when purchases type in a specific code) and early bird pricing.
Like the products they will show up by default, but they need to be activated for them to be useable.
Promo Codes
Once activated, click on the gearwheel and choose Edit, or simply click on the text Promo Codes.
Under the General tab, set your available from and available till dates. The rest of the fields in General are not required.
Under the Conditions tab, enter in your what you want the promo code (or coupon code) to be. Below is an example.
Under the Bonuses tab, set the amount you want the price to decrease. For example: if your yearbook currently sells for $50.00, but you want your yearbook team members to purchase it for $40.00, then set the amount in the field to $10.00. See screen shot example below.
The storefronts tab can be left as is. The promo code applies directly to the yearbook product.
If you would like to set promo codes for other products you’re selling on your store, please contact your project specialist.

Creating additional early bird pricing
Here’s how to create additional early bird pricing, for example, your first early bird pricing goes throughout the month of September and now you want a new early bird price for October.
Click the ‘+’ symbol at the top right corner and select ‘Add catalog promotion’.
Under the General tab, in the Name field, type in “Early Bird Pricing 2”.
Make sure to select Use available period, and then set your available from and available till dates.
Under the Conditions tab, select ‘Add Condition’, then select from the drop down list ‘Products’, then click ‘Add Products’, and select your yearbook product.
Under the Bonuses tab, select ‘Add bonus’, then select ‘Product Discount’, then select ‘by fixed amount’, and then the amount that the price should decrease from the regular price. For example: your first early bird pricing was $10.00 off from the regular price, and now you want this one to be $5.00 off, so you enter in 5.00 here.
The storefronts tab can be left as is. The early bird pricing applies directly to the yearbook product.
