Submitting Personalization

Article summary

The process of adding a personalization has been updated to ensure that they are correctly entered into the system.

The default selection is None, so you will choose your type depending on what your latest approved quote states.

Personalizations that have been purchased through the online store will automatically be imported into the list.

REMINDER: When your project is complete, please switch off Personalization in the online store to ensure that they are not being added after the list has been submitted in ConnectMe.

Notice that when you select 2 Lines as the type, Line 1 and Line 2 are red and the Save button is not clickable.

You must enter something in both lines (30 characters per line, max.) to save this entry.

Click the i icon.png icon to see the list of valid characters.

Now you’re able to click Save and your new entry will appear in the list.

When you click Submit to submit your list for data entry, a warning message now appears at the top of the Submit Personalization screen to remind you that foil stamping and nameplates are an additional charge if they’re not included in your latest approved quote.

Then you can choose your personalization type, Foil Stamped or Nameplates, and select the colour. You must enter something in both fields to submit the list.

Click **Submit **to submit your list.
